Purple, Orange Halloween Icicle Lights on Black Wire

I bought four strands of these in hopes to use them around the periphery of my terrace. Every single strand, every one of them only half of the lights work. I'm so disappointed.

Purple, Orange Halloween Icicle Lights on Black Wire

I was glad to see the lights were packaged in 3 sections with a tie on them. Made it easy to put on the tree. Didn't take long, I have a weeping cherry so I didn't need clips to hold it on the branches and I ordered two sets and it looks awesome.
