Clubhouse Bird House

We had the birdhouse pole mounted in our backyard and after 1 year it completely fell apart. I had sealed it with 4 coats of clear spray shellac, this did not help. The wood has completely fallen apart for $100.00 dollars I am very unsatisfied.

Solid construction
